Traveling throughTexas? If you're in the Fort Stockton area, do yourself a "flavor" and eat at the Sagebrush Cafe. Our server, Derecca, was so friendly and was happy to accommodate our request...grilled onions! We both had burgers, fries and onion rings. Delicious. They were smashed to.perfection, brioche buns. Yum! Rings and fries were hand cut, hand dipped. When traveling back through, they will see us again. Hidden Gem Thanks for filling our bellies with tasty food.

Decent coffee number one! Tasty mushroom spinach scrambled eggs and nicely crisp hash browns. The sweet cream pancake is SWEET. The waiter didn't make it to work but our service was still prompt and cheerful. It was worth the couple of extra turns to fortify us before we hit the road again. Comfortable basic Western diner with nice clean Pinesol-forward bathrooms.

Rick P Early, TX Excellent pancakes and coffee. Best of all was the service from Brittany. Took care of everything quickly and courteously. One of the best waitresses we've ever had. Thanks Brittany!

Are you ready for some home cooking? This place delivers! Two people were also busily cleaning as we went in which to me is a wonderful sign! Clean restaurant with excellent food. The wait staff was also very friendly and polite! The ambience was definitely country and relaxed. Great food! Great experience!

Great service and great burgers! Dog friendly on outside patio good if you're passing through town!!!

Everything was great! Chicken Fried Steak was great just like others had stated. The burger was also good, had a great bun. They were very helpful since we had a fur baby. They let us eat out on the patio which was great because we had it all to ourselves.

Was, pleasantly surprised to find that this little place had such great service and food. Top 3 best wings I ever had, all flavors. The waitress was the kindest and attentive server in America. ( she was blonde haired) sorry didn't get her name. 4 stars is as high as I go for restaurants without tablecloths, Thank you so much for a great experience!

Eat local! We were just passing through and I was craving a burger. I was not in the mood for a crappy fast food chain. Sagebrush Cafe fit the bill with great customer service and a mighty tasty burger. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings. I left full, happy and satisfied. Not just good for a small town, but good on a global level. ¡Gracias!

Don't judge a restaurant by its exterior - while the outside does not look like much (just very plain and even a tad desolate), you are greeted by kind service - and fresh, simple food. We ordered the Chopped Salad as well as an egg dish and were very pleasantly surprised by the tastiness and freshness of all of the food. While you may not go out of your way to eat here, if it is on your route it is the perfect stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
